Cream Cheese Balls
8 oz. cream cheese- softened
1 cup icing sugar
14 oz. can crushed pineapple-drained
2/3 cup coconut
15 maraschino cherries finely chopped
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
Coating--
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. white sugar
3/4 c graham cracker crumbs
Beat cream cheese and icing sugar together. Mix in coconut and cherries. Stir in pineapple and crumbs. Chill at least 2 hours or can be left overnite. Shape into 1" balls.
Coating--------- Melt butter in small saucepan remove from heat. Stir in sugar and crumbs. Rolls cookies in this mixture. Freezes well . Makes about 5 dozen.
