cook 3 1/2 to 4 pounds of chicken
cool - take off bones
cut up FINE
boil 6 eggs - mash
pour broth over - just enough to cover
add salt and pepper
serve over noodes, biscuits or even
mashed potatoes
can add 1 Tablespoon to thicken
