Cut chicken breasts in strips of preferred thickness (at least a pound and a half chicken) This also determines how many are served
Combine dry ingredients
2 cups flour
3 to 4 tblspns chili powder
1/4 cup parmesan
Garlic salt and pepper to taste usually 1 tspn
coat chicken with ingredients
Use your favorite cooking oil (just coat bottom of skillet)
Fry on low to medium heat.
You may also add water to steam for tenderness
put paper towels on plate to take up excess oil
Very yummy.
