Cabbage Roll Casserole

Serves: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 lb Ground beef
• 1 Onion, chopped
• Salt and pepper
• 1/2 c Cooked rice
• 1 cn Tomato soup (10 oz)
• 3 c Cabbage shredded

Instructions:
Directions: Brown meat, add everything else but cabbage. Mix well. Put
cabbage in a greased casserole. Ad the meat mixture and bake covered at 350
for 1 1/2 hours.
