"For bodily exercise profiteth little: but Godilness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come." 1 Timothy 4:8.

Do you jog or participate in some other form of regular exercise?  Chances are, you are like thousands of others around the world who spend a scared portion of each day running, grunting and sweating their way to physical health.

You probably feel (like thousands of others) that you are doing something good for yourself.  You are investing in a strong body, tenacious muscles and a durable heart.  many who are hooked on physical fitness admit to recieving a kind of natural high when they run or go all out during a session.

Well, you are smart to take care of your body.  It's the only one you've got, and it has to last a long time, even though you realize one day it will give out.  But here's a question for you.  Have you invested as much energy in the part of you that will last forever?  You see, every man has a soul.  The soul is the eternal part of man that is accountable to God.

If you have not, then the place to begin is to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord.  You do this by repenting of your condition as a sinner, asking Christ to live in your heart.

"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out..." Acts 3:19..

God Bless and keep you all today. Love in Christ, Sister Betty
