Yes we have found a place and will be posting Tomorrow or the next day..Betty will post our new site addy in here..I talked to her tonight..And we are ready to Go. So keep checking in here. Love to all and thank you all for waiting on us . We do love our members here. Love n hugs  Redda. |

I know we're moving to a new site... I was just curious as to how long we will still have access here at MSN because I know things are probably going to look somewhat different at our new site; and somehow it feels like we're leaving behind an old friend (even though that old friend could be really slow at times and sometimes couldn't even find it's own pages). Hello Group yes, it's me..your fearless leader slow but true. lol The closing date for MSN is February 17th and we now have a new home, with a new look. Many things are different there, but we do have a chat room - which is something we have all missed since MSN closed the one we had here. However, we do need help from each of our members here at Granny's, who have Photo Albums. Our new host will move all our text, but NOT the albums. I have been trying to save our albums myself, but it is very time consumming, which creates a problem with me having a night job. So, I'm asking each of you to save your album (s) to your computer (But Please DON'T Delete your album from Granny's - let it stay until MSN closes - incase someone has computer problems, your pictures will still be here "Until February 17th", to resave). Then once you are joined at our new home..you can make a new album and upload your pictures from your computer like you did here. Our plan was to start inviting you this week to our new home, and we are right on schedule. By working together, we can get this done much faster. Our "New Home" has a new name, "Redda's Coffee Shop" This is the practice site I told you about. Since we have so much work into the site, we've decided to continue there. We will try to change the name later, if they will let us. If not, we'll keep this name. So, lets get started and rebuild Granny's. God has blessed us with 7 years of service to Him, here at this site and it's sad to leave these halls full of memories. But with your help, we can take our memories with us. We are excited and hope you are also. The Management, Lisa, Damon, Redda, Averil, and myself, would like to take this time to thank each of you for your undying love and support this past 7 years. Hi'dy Cuz Ruth to answer your question..we will have access to Granny's Place until February 17, 2009. However, I wouldn't wait until that date to save what I wanted to keep from Granny's Place. Love Cuz Betty |

Oh my gosh, Betty... now you know that I was not saying that you are slow, I was referring to how slow MSN was in loading pages sometimes. I too am excited... but change still makes me nervous. |

Oooo Honey, I didn't take that wrong... I hadn't even noticed you said anything about 'slow' Fact is I am running slow, 'running' I guess wouldn't be the word eitherhehehe Actually I'm sleep walking and have been for days, so much so, that my mind is in a fog. Been having to do a lot of "Social Security" paper work because I will be 65 in April that stuff makes me nervous!! Any change makes me nervous too!!
