"RECIPES" : BAKED SPAGETTI

YOU WILL NEED:
one 16x9 baking dish
medium bowl
1 pound ground beef
1 8-10oz box thin spagetti noodles
1 16oz tub sour cream
1 block cream cheese
1 2cup bag cheddar cheese
1 2cup bag mozarella cheese
1 can or jar spagetti sauce ( your choice on flaver)
1 small onion (optional)
 
PREPARATION:
preheat oven to 400*f
in medium bowl mix sour cream and cream cheese together, set aside to soften
boil spagetti noodles,drain well
chop onion,add to ground beef
brown ground beef ,season to taste, drain well
pour spagetti noodles into baking dish
cover with mozarella cheese
smoth over top with the sour cream-cream cheese mixture
add ground beef(and onion)
pour on the spagetti sauce covering completely (you may need to spread it out)
cover top with cheddar cheese
bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until heated through out and all cheese is melted
SERVE WITH WARM GARLIC BREAD AND A SIDE SALAD...ENJOY!
