Is there any chance of Salvation after death? I mean, It is my understanding you have to accept Christ in This life there is no chance in the Tribulation period. I am thinking of all those who died in the Earthquake and tsumani, most of those are most likely Muslim have they lost their chance? This to me is the greater loss , no chance for eternal life... Act 2:21....And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Good question. I have though about those people too and prayed that they did call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. We know that the Word of God has been taught in all counties. Who can say what they each utered with their last breath? We can only pray that they did. this is what I think. Love Betty

Your question “Is there any chance of Salvation after death??/FONT> Answer:NO! Death is the end of all chances. Hebrews 9:27 tells us that we die, and then face judgment. So, as long as a person is alive, they have a second, third, fourth, fifth, etc. chance to accept Christ and be saved (John 3:16; Romans 10:9-10; Acts 16:31). Once a person dies, there are no more chances. Who wouldn’t accept Jesus as Lord and Savior after they die and stand before Him? Philippians 2:10-11 declares, “that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.?One day, everyone will bow before Jesus and recognize that He is the Lord and Savior. At that point, though, it is too late for salvation. After death, all that remains for the unbeliever is judgment. (Revelation 20:14-15). That is why we must trust in Him in this life. |

We can never know what the last breath of another brings to that one except death of this life . I know that to all man is given the chance to know about Jesus , now it is up to them to beleive or not beleive, are have some other God. We know there is only one God who gives life and life eternal We can only pray they cried out to him for he is a just God ,and said he would hear our earnest prayer it does not take a long prayer just call on the name of Jesus. I do not beleive that there is a chance for anyone after death, we just pray they called on Jesus in time I dont think any one should take the chance to wait that long There is a heaven to gain and a burning hell to those who chose not to beleive, We can only pray for those . the word said to be ready for we are not promised the next breath. But also remeber when Jesus hang on the cross between two theives and the one cried out to Jesus ,and he forgive him and saved him so we cant say if they were saved are not . We can pray they were. and be sure evryone you know and talk to have heard of the saving Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. For there is none so low are so lost that his mercy cant reach. And the power of his blood reaches to the four corners of the earth God Bless you for having a burden for lost souls . Love in Christ Jesus Sue |

Read again the story again of Lazarus and the rich man in Luke 16:19-31 Jesus tells us the fate of those who aren’t prepared. But let us 'rightly divide the word of truth' here…in Romans 9:15--God Told Moses “I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.? Only God/Jesus can ‘and will?rightly judge the quick and the dead. As taught us in Acts 10:42 “And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead.?/FONT> so we see that Jesus (in the above vereses) has plainly said. after death only judgment awaits |
