Here are a few good threads on people's experiences with Suboxone and Buprenorphine. I think you'll find many answer to all sosrts of questions there and then you can post to the threads yourself if you have any more. I'm out the door right now and it;s the best I can do.

Here's a watchdog clinc finder for all states and sometimes people write reports/opinions about their expeeriences with them. (just click on the state you want in the drop down menu):

I just got back on methadone after a six month run. I've been off and on methadone since 2000. Anyways, I tried Suboxone and it didn't work for me. I never got all the way well and it caused me to feel really fucked up mentally. Super depressed and insane. But I always feel that way whenever I take a opiate blocker, I felt that way with Naltrexone and again with Suboxone. Even though Suboxone only has a tiny bit of blocker I stil felt it when I tried to use on top of it. It was horrid. I'm happy to be back on methadone. I just hate the side effects like sweating and the weight gain. I'm 112 right now and hope to stay that way. That's my normal weight, not just because I'm using weight. I've always weighed around 107-112. I've gotten up to 135 on methadone! It was horrid. So I really have the watch my weight and stay active to avoid putting on the extra pounds again. Take care
