yay on getting winnie back! i'm happy for you!!!
i wish you well on going off the meds. i'm sure it will get better and once you are done breastfeeding you can go back on. don't feel selfish if you have to forego breastfeeding - your other kids may need a more sane mommy so it's not just for you.
i have a splitting headache. we are leaving for the pack meeting in about 30 minutes. i'm so glad it's a pack meeting - very little for me to do. i just have to show up, gather my kiddos and watch over them, help them present a 1-minute skit, collect money from the fundraiser i ran that was officially over with last friday (i think we raised a good amount - yay! i know we raised at least $600 plus whatever else anyone gives me tonight plus whatever the bon-ton hands us from their employees selling which was $384 last year altho my sister said that the back of the booklets this year say they won't be available in the store so i hope they are still doing the thing where they split the proceeds made by their employees between all the participating charities!!!). anyway that's all i have to do - pretty much show up. i only have to pack stuff for our skit which is easy-peasy and we've already practiced it the last 2 den meetings so it's packed anyway (just a few magazines, pieces of mail and a roll of toilet paper). that and a water bottle and camera and i'm good.
did a ton of shopping today including ordering our dishwasher which i got a very good deal on. it was $565 plus $99 for warranty (which, yes, i bought because even though they used to say never buy the warranty they warranty looks good and the last 3 appliances i bought all failed right after the warranty that came with them ran out - actually before that and got fixed but then again after so this way we are protected for 4 years). plus $99 for installation. i expected the total to be $800 with installation, warranty and tax but my mom had a 20% off coupon for home depot (we bought it at lowe's) and since lowe's takes competitor's coupons, they took it. and because they are doing the installation - i have absolutely no idea how that is possible but whatever they say! and as i walked up to the register i asked the salesman if the lowe's card was having a 6-months-same-as-cash promotion and he said no but he'd do what he could. so he told the customer service lady that i get that deal and she said, no, we're not doing that and he said "home depot is so she gets it" which is totally not true - i couldn't even look the guy in the eye for fear of laughing. i guess it's because i am so smokin' hot that i got a good deal. it must have been the lack of shower and sleep thingies in the corners of my eyes that made him want me. or wearing my dress loafers with a sweatshirt lol. anyway that's done and also a bunch of christmas shopping. i really need my MIL to tell me what she wants to buy from me for my kids so i know what else i can get. i'm getting nervous - we are spending cash and it's pretty much gone and i still need to get erik stuff and the rest of my MIL's gifts...
i'm glad andrew is helping you out in thinking. sometimes it helps to have someone else to bounce ideas off of.
