Oven Beef Stew Oven Beef Stew Ingredients 1 1/2 lb of beef cut in sm cubes or stew meat will work too 1 can tomatoe sauce 1 onion chopped 1 c diced carrots 1 c celery, cut in lg pieces 1 c dice pototoes 1/4 c chopped green pepper (optional) 1 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp intstan tapioca Procedure Place all ingredients in a casserole and mix well. Cover tightly. Bake at250 degrees for 5-6 hours Serving Information - Serves: 6
