i guess after reading the article that Voo posted it made me stop and think about what would happen if one of the girls became lost in the "wilderness" alone.

i realised that with what they have been taught, i am not sure what they would do in this situation. i would hope that if they did become lost that they would realise that people would be searching for them and even if it wasnt someone that they knew they would let them help them , but i would also hope that the person helping them wasnt trying to harm them also.

i guess that ever Parent has been becoming a bit more cautious with all the things going on with kids in the news lately and thats a good thing, but i do worry about whether or not we are too Overprotective or not protective enough at times.

i think that we are going to sit down with the girls when Bri gets back and see what they think we could do to make sure that they are safer when venturing out on their own.
