We just found out that my cousin has cancer. He had his right eye removed a few years ago because of a tumor, then a few months ago, had sergury to tremove another tumor from his brain, went back for a follow-up from the surgery, had an MRI and found out that the tumors were a small part of the cancer that has moved through out his entire body. They have given him a year to live.

As if that isnt bad enough, he is in his early 30's, with a wife and 5 kids. He has 2 from previous marriages, she has 2 from previous marriages, and they have 1 together, only 3 or 4 years old.

This family could really use our prayers. With, God, anything is possible!

Wow, this has been a wild time.

Ok latest update on Mike was this morning.

But to catch everyone up. Last Sun he had a seziure/ fell, and on Tues (Mon he was in too much pain) an MRI showed he had broke a vertebre in his lower back. Thurs surgery was done to remove the pressure on his siatic nerve, (they cant fix it, he only has about 3 weeks to live, recovery would take 6 months). This weekend another MRI found 5 more tumors in his brain and 2 on his spine. He has lost control of certain organs, and has swelling at the surgery site from last week. They believe he is paralized from waist down from the surgery, and things are not looking good.

He and his family desperately need your prayers.

His view of all this: God told him he isnt ready for him.

Last update.......

Mike passed away Friday, Nov.4th at 7:30pm surrounded by his family in his home. (Well, most of his family, I had just left to get Darrell, and get everyone settled at home, before going back.)

He is now in a much better place, and can finally be at peace!
