So, in the case of the man with a brain tumor the size of an orange, he is to blame and he is to be punished? Well, perhaps you would feel comfortable bringing God to justice? You simply cannot accept that some unpleasant human behaviors are caused strictly by circumstances, SITUATIONS, over which the individual has no control.
I dont know how we got here with this topic. It has nothing to do with the fact that these people pushed their way into a WalMart in a savage manner and people were hurt......they are to blame. They did not all have "tumors" that made them do it.
Yes, occasionally...rarely, some people have behavior problems that they cant control. No, they should not be treated the same as the ordinary crimminal but they shouldnt be let go either. They should be locked away in the appropriate facility until they can be treated and determined without a doubt that they are not a threat to society.
