Included are the penta filter
Doll
Mask
Star Tube
Place the filter in your plugins
put your tube in your tube folder
place the mask in your mask folder
open the doll in PSP
Open a new file 600 x 550 Transparent canvas
Fill with white
add new layer and fill with #ee4775
Go to layers load mask and make sure that invert is checked
go to layers and merge group
I gave mine a inner bevel and a small drop shadow
(optional)
Now go to effects and click on penta dot and cross use these settings
Now on the white bkg layer use
now click on the white bkg layer and add noise of 20 uniform and mono chrome checked
now copy and paste the doll, use my tag for reference
add new layer place this layer below your mask layer
now be creative and place the star tubes where you like them
add any text that you want to
merge all layers flat and save
enjoy
