 It is possiable though it is one of the rarer ways in which rsd can affect you.What is more common is the drugs you on or the condition itself doing werid things to the stomach with it nesscarly being a sign of it spreading there.Rsd can cause some times the development of other smptoms as a result of rsd for example in my case rsd has lead to problems with the muscles in my back.

The fact that you are a zombie makes it seem like it may be drug related as the drugs we are on are quite strong.I would talk to your doctor about changing doses to see if that helps.If not I think that he should send you to a specilist just to make certain.
