Hi Stacenbill, I started haveing major problems with my teeth about three years into RSD, my Dr told me as well as a dental specialist that the medications I am on because of the RSD is causing my gums to dry out causing my teeth at the gum lime to need constant repair. I already had several rear crowns and the problem is the teeth under the crown at the gum lime are also degenerating causing the crowns to have to be destroyed and removed to attempt to repair the damage, then another new crown. Right now the Dentist says I need 9 crowns and possibly some of those are going to need root canals...almost 20 thousand dollars worth of work! I dont know what to do living on a meager SSD income with no dental insurance, I have already had a couple just removed rather than to spend $1500 each to fix...Im considering having them all pulled...but with RSD I have no clue what that is going to entail, Im just sick not knowing what to do, My front teeth are fine, its just every tooth in the back is crumbling since having RSD.....anybody have any ideas?
