I thoroughly agree that we should take time out for ourselves.  HYDROTHERAPY IS AWESOME.  It has taken months and months of therapy decensitation to get to where I can tolerate the warm water, but it has really paid off.  I still have a very difficult time during the winter/cold months, though trench coats and long undergarments help a little.
A MORE SERIOUS NOTE:
I am a firm believe that if you haven't found a doctor that you are comfortable with or one that doesn't listen,  GET ANOTHER OPINION.  I as with so many other of you have had at least one bad experience with a "nonbiast" physician.  So speaking from experience, don't let this get you down.  If anything, become more determined to find someone that cares enough about you to LISTEN.  Good doctors' are still out there.  Some may be few and far between, but just keep on keepin' on.

Lots of happier, healthier days,
Mommazsunshine2
