I have two huge issues that I would like to ask you about. One is that I'm so incredibly sick of always being tired. I never have energy to do anything. I don't know if it is my meds or a side affect of RSD, but I want to know if there is anything I can do to help. It is incredibly hard to come home from school and want to sleep so badly it hurts, but not being able to do so because you have too much work to get done. I really just want relief from this stupid exhaustion. I swear I feel so much older than 17. I'm supposed to be at the age where older people admire my energy. Second, I'm sick. I feel nauseas and sick to my stomach every single time I eat. It is as though I cannot eat anymore. I've been skipping lunch, barely eating anything for breakfast, and nibbling on something at dinner when I get hungry. I'm so sick of it. I bet you I'm losing weight. I know it's not good to be eating so little and taking all these meds, but I literally feel no desire to eat. It is as though I'll feel hungry still, but when I try to eat I feel so sick...I have to force it down. Any suggestions as to what this might be or what I can do?

Hi there my dear.... Not sure neither if all RSD or all meds. I have always got a burning in tummy also... Throwing up is nothing new to me neither.. Loosing weight,,,, lots I have lost.   Here again,, I use naturals from health food store.. Only thing that helps keep food down,,,, n helps with the burning.  Know that you should not be taking medicines with out food.  Always have something in tummy..     I do not know it totally rsd.. I think that alot of us have the upset tummy my dear.  Hoping that you get thru all of this. Not good to be taking off weight too fast. Make sure that you are eating yogart also,,, helps also with the burning.  Dr wants me eating  four too eight cups of that a day..   Reason being my age.   Something else that can help,,,  getting  pudding that you cook,,,,, not the instant,,, when I get up in morning with being really  sick n heaving on empty tummy,,,,,   eating the warm pudding  really really soothes it all down...   Hope that something works.. i know how you feel with both things.  i am 22 and i have as many problems with my body as my mom and my grandma are having.  it is really kind of ironic to think that i can sit down and relate with every pain that my mom and grandma can feel.  i am really exhausted everyday as well and i know that a small part of it is the meds but so much of it is the rsd.  i have a horrible gate that in itself is tiring.  i have recently had a miscarriage then infections from the procedure to remove the fetis.  then had to over come two more infections.  i had a leep procedure done and my gall bladder removed just last month and there is still something going on with my stomach.  i get the same feeling of not wanting to eat because it hurts to eat.  i was wondering if you have seen a g.i. doctor yet to see if there is something that they can do.  do you get bad sharp pains in your back?  that is what was happening before i got my gall bladder removed.  you might want to consult with you doctor.  make a list of the pains that you get, kind of like a journal, for a couple days and take that to your doctor.  one thing with me is that i have some food allergies so my doctor and i are working together to make sure that that is not what is giving me the pains.  good luck with everything and if you have any more questions about things just let us know. with rsd family love.  blueyez2107
