Well, I went to see the new pain mgmt doc. He was much better than the other one. Only problem is now he is questioning the RSD diagnosis too. He says that usually it is not caused by such a minor injury. (I was walking and my elbow came down hard on the copier machine, and I injured a joint near clavicle bone). He's sending me to a neuro, which I definitely agree wiith. The other thing is the MRI of my neck that I was told was normal, isn't. He said I have mild bulges in the disks at c6 & C7 (Neck area), and this could be causing my symptoms. I mean, worth checking into, but from all the info I've looked up in books and online, I have all the symptons of RSD, right down to the mental changes, hair growth, etc. The only difference is the that the hypersensitivity is very mild because we've done a desensitation program in PT. He also recommened cognitive behavioral therapy which I've heard good things about. Hopefully I'll get somewhere this time. I'd like to hope that I may still be able to get back to normal, or closer to it anyway, since the spreading to the hands has only been in the last 3-6 months. Guess I'll have to wait and see, my favorite part : )   ........ Dawn
