Ok Poppa Scoti!
This is mamaJama. I DO NOT think you have crazy man thoughts. I am a nurse that hates meds! How that works out I am not sure. BUT! I have tried to go the holistic route myself. I am currently knocked up so I have no other choice. I am strictly limited to acupuncture. Which helps sometimes. But I also practice Qi Gong (prononced "CHEE-GONG"). I have been building my Qi for a little while now and practice my forms and meditaion regularly. I have not mastered the 3rd eye meditation so if you can give me some direction, I am willing to listen. One thing that has worked for me in Qi Gong is a thing called hanging (my RSD is in my right hand/wrist/arm/shoulder/neck/head) it works well but requires I bend at the waist and hang my upper body for a few minutes at a time for a few cycles. Not working well these days cause I am squishing my baby inside?! Anyways, it sounds like your wife is super supportive from all the postings I have seen. And I am sure she, like my husband figures let the crazy people thoughts and actions go on and on as long as we will stop complaining about this crazy pain for just a little while.
Peace and crazy people thoughts to you too!
-mamaJama
