O dear,,,,,  welcome to the family.  Know that you are not in anyway alone at all in non of this.  RSD  is really complex and each person makes it more complex as the meds react on each person so differently. Honestly is a trial n error find for each of us.  I have the pump and I am so thankful for that.  First med was good.  Now the second n third med is even better for me.  So is really really hard too say what. I still have the blocks done every so often.   But each person is soo different hard too say what or how it will work for you. Blocks n pump together gives me great relief.  Wierd one   am thankful for them.  Hope that you find something that works.  Hoping that answers comes in fast for you.    Keep us posted.   huggzzz n have a great week.                Annie
