Hello everyone! My name is Katie Ferry & I am a certified "Life Coach" as well as someone who suffers from RSD. I've had this "disease" for 6 years now & as a result I've become well versed in many of the problems we "RSD sufferers" face. After much reflection, I realized that one of the things I need is the ability to talk to others (in live conversations) who are going through the same things I am. Because of this, as well as the knowledge I've gained being a Life Coach, I decided to set up & facilitate a once-a-week RSD Support call where everyone who wants to join can just call in at an agreed upon time. I envision this group to one of support - where we talk about what we need help with, as well as what has helped us to move forward. I would also be willing to do some free coaching on the call for those in need. If you are interested in joining this group, please email me at: [email protected]. O {{{{{{{Katie }}}}}}} that would be wonderful,,,, for all of us,,,, sounds soo good to me,,, thru the live chats that I have had thru forums hearing live what one is going thru can be such a tremendous help.... Would that work well with Canda rates??? We do have some here from Canada!!!!!! How would that work dear one???? Yeah that would be so grand !!!!! Let us know please.. this is an very old message katie doesn't do them anymore.But if more people are intersted since I helped katie with the first one I can make the same arrangements that we had the last time.But we really need more then just you and I daggi.I'll contact a couple of the copuple members and see if they want to start it up again./Anyone else intersted let me know.I just checked the number I used for spud and I to talk is still active.So we just need to get enough people together mirage |

Hi after the holidays would be fine, Iam leaving for Florida Dec 23rd and come back Jan 2nd. See how many people will contact you , this is a good idea because living with RSD is a daily struggle and noone understand what is going on. Take care Daggi1 |

Hi, I think a telephone support group is an excellent idea. I also have RSD and have since about 2001. I had a support group here in Northern Cal., but people slowly started not showing up. ?? It's raining cats and dogs here today, so I have some pain going on. I do exercise and try to eat healthy to keep this disease at bay. Seems to help a lot. I'm doing so much better. Hi Sylvia,
We have an RSD support group that meets in Denver Colorado from time to time. Frequently so many call in and cant make it...thats just the nature of the disease.We never know what days we will have that are good or feeling good enough to travel even a short distance to meet. I am going on 8 years now with RSD in my upper extremities, my shoulders are falling apart,I have developed a spinal deteriorating disc disease that is in high gear and now is way more painful than the RSD....So! I dont go to very many meetings, I have very few "good days" anymore. I am a big supporter of live groups as I know I like them much better. I am happy to see that you are enjoying our group and are very active :)
