I'm on my third year with rsd,I noticed stomach problems almost immediatly after starting all the medications my pain specialist suggested yogurt.It has to contain the omeg3's and have the probiotic bacteria culture in it to work,it keeps me regular and I've lost the 30 pounds I put on.You need to eat it 4 times a day (breakfast,lunch,dinner and before bed) it has also helped increase my energy levels.good luck |
