My md wants approval from w/c for ketamine infusion since the stellates are not working and symptoms are raging.  

 

Please let me know what you experienced during ketamine infusion and whether you had relief from symptoms.  Would you try it again?  My treatment should last about 3 hours.  Much depends on whether w/c will approve.  If denied, then Soc. may be my hope.  I just don't know if this will be covered, or if supplemental will pick up any difference.

 

What insurance approved the treatment, and how difficult was it to get approval?
