I was diagnosed about 6 months ago with RSD, resulting from nerve injury during a meniscal transplant. The transplant was my third surgery in a year.  So, I have been living with pain for a little over a year before the RSD showed up. I am so frustrated with the process that I feel I am at my wits end.  I had two sympathetic lumbar blocks with 0 result other than a sore back.  Tomorrow will be my third Bier's block.  There has been no success with the first two.  In the last two weeks I have come to understand that this is a long term problem and really wish the doctors had been more forthcoming with that information.  I am in need of some support and encouragement. I can't cope anymore. HELP!
