Hello My name is Katie

I am not sure what to really write here I am 22 and i have been showing symptoms of having pain and swelling in my joints of my hands and fingers. I thought nothing of it because as a music player you would think nothing of it, lol I thought I was practising to much or playing to many instuments!!!!! but then I was starting to get a sort of rigid feeling in my fingers and wrists. I went to my docs who have basicaly said i could have a problem and they said one of them could be RSD or early stages of arthritis, i need to have more tests. I am a bit lost for words msusic is my whole life and I have been practising since I was 3 :). I studied it at University music with media arts :)

I never new what RSD was till I looked on this Group Support. You all sound brave and amazing people and this is a wonderful way for you all to express and show how you feel :).

 

I dont know what else to say but hello and if anyone wants to talk to me they are welcome :) I am a good listener :)
