Hi I have run into this a few times. When in doubt do not do. I do not know which are which you can phone the hotlines of the co. and ask. What I have done over the years is gone to the drugstore and health food stores and bought what the clients buy and take hair samples and do a batch up after processing and sample is clean and dry I use different removing systems. I work with the darkest colour black brown and some reds. I have found that color graffics works the best to remove , I have the worst case was flirt I did try a bit of perm solution frist washed and dry the sample then put graffics on that got rid of black and the red pigment. Coloured the hair with synx semi color rinsed towel dry and put clear prizm on to seal the hair shaft. for 20 min under heat rinsed then blowdryed even used the curling iron on it and it worked. I used this on a client male it took some time but I and he was very happy with the result. The follow up colour service was a soclor with ten vol. and more clear prizm. I frist told him that before he even started that he would have to commit to buying all the products I recommed  and would always have to come to me for the service as until the new  hair grew in . I told him the cost before I started and the follow up costs for a 12 month program. So far so good. ....................W
