One other thing... Just say for instantance the client has a lower level (darker) than a level 6 then I have found a lil tid bit to help me... Is take V-LIGHT from Matrix... their bleach basically... with 30 or 40 Vol it mixes 1 scoop to 1 oz ect. But My co worker showed me a lil trick of putting a lil bit of a protein orrentieted condtioner in the formula helps sort of protect the hair from damaging ne worse... and or  you could pre-spray the hair throughly with the REDKEN CAT PROTIEN Spray or a protein spray Regis makes one too... That would help if they have a darker level than a level 6 and The UL Series may not work...

Hopefully AMY WILL COME BEHIND ME AND FEED BACK ON THIS...What I have suggested cause like I said she knows Matrix line better than me.... So

AMY CAN SHE USE UL ON LEVEL 6 OR DARKER AND IT STILL BE EFFECTIVE?

I wanna say it is possiable but not sure?
