I'm not saying this is for everyone ... especially if your a diabetic but for me .. it had helped before and I'm hoping it will help again . I've been thinking "when I get time" lol .. back to when I was at my "best" and I finally remembered that the first thing I gotta do is start getting at least 7 hours a sleep a night (without this ... all attempts at losing weight and increasing my energy is ... useless) and I'm working on the sleep issue . Next is increasing my energy and Chromium Picolinate has helped me in the past .. so about a week ago I started supplementing with it ... the only "down" side is that it takes about 3 weeks to build up in my system (to be able to notice a difference) but I have already notice a slight difference, with the increased energy and the increased nights sleep ... I will then have the "will power" to lose the weight I've been trying to.(Don't worry Rosa ... I'll make sure I eat ) Like I said before ... this is not for everyone and as the "disclaimer" goes ...."check with your doctor before starting any supplement and weight reducing program".
With C.F.S. ... I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired ... I'll keep you all up-to-date on how this is working out for me .
Now I'm off to eat Breakfast for "Mother Rosa's" sake
