I'm glad it can be on some use , alot of people have trouble sleeping this time of year (including me) but I started seeing this pattern a couple of years ago and did some research and found out that part of it is related to (S.A.D.) not having the right kind of light they say is good to counter this seasonal disorder I make sure I sit at my kitchen table and "soak in" the afternoon light for a least a half hour ( by reading the newspaper or make out bills etc. ) Why it seems to hit after the holidays more is a personal observation of my (my opinion) is all of the Christmas lights are taken down and I think we all have notice how Christmas lights seem to "cheer" us up . So half of my sleep problem is this and the other half is just a "bad" routine that I am desperately trying to break (not going to bed before 11:00 p.m.) I get up at 5 oclock now and I know I can't stay up so late .. but the more I worry about sleeping the less I get!lol. I tried some of the hints from the (50) list. I tried the warm water with vinegar and honey .. did it work? well .. maybe tonight I'll take it alittle earlier lol.
