A little background on these songs .. mostly from the 60's, we loved to cruise around (me and my girlfriends) .. we'd blast these songs and sing along .. and on Saturday night it was a tradition to tune in to a local radio station no matter where you were and listen to the oldies and at 12 oclock (midnight) we'd all wait to hear there closing song... ..it's the last song on the track I made "Good Night .. My love" done by the Fleetwoods for those you may care lol. |

Hi Linda love the oldies, my late husband would have loved them too, he was about 17 years older then me and he was still stuck in the 50's, I guess it was because it was a good time for him,even when he was older he wore his hair with a duck tail style, he looked more like a gangster to me. He even wanted the song "Pledging my Love" by Johnny Ace played at our wedding. Now when ever i hear it , i get a little creeped out LOL . Love the oldies you picked out i just leave my computer on and do house work to it . hugs From Tessy |

I'm glad you liked them Tessy .. I'm "alittle " older than you and how we loved to do the whole song and make the movements of the Four Tops or maybe the Surpremes lol. My Brother (god rest his soul)had a beautiful voice and sang every one of the Four Tops hits perfectly .. it was amazing to be his back up singer lol. I guess when things get tough ... I look back and think about the happier days of my life and they were sure "Happy" and don't get me wrong .. I still remember the "moves" and sing along lol. It was a double shift day .. and I'm beat ... nite all. |

I've added some songs to this play list that may have to be renamed the "60's " play list .. if you liked what I had so far .. well .. your gonna love the ones I added to it Get ready to Chase the "monday Blues" away lol (I had not idea how many oldies I had lol) |
