It's going good but I'm still not totally smoke free yet .. but that's ok .. I can see the light at the end of this tunnel though . Being a smoker for so long .. I had forgotten what life was like before I smoked .I've increased my intake of Chantix and today.. I can say I do see in my future .. no smoking . I'm noticing I'm getting more done at home and at work .. the need to quit whatever I'm doing to run have a smoke is gone . So .. now I'll work on behavior changes .. expecially what habit and routine I need to change , from what I can see now .. I'll be changing most of my daily routine from waking in the morning to going to sleep at night lmao! I can't change everything at once but I can change alittle at a time . I'm also going to remember to tell myself everyday that I'm a great person and I deserve this , and also that smoker or non smoker doesn't change this at all . |
