I just got back from my doctor and I told him what I read in our smiling fibros messages about litacain injections. The doctor injected me in three different pressure points in my neck and shoulder. So far, nothing, but I will let you know. My flareups are really bad in this area.
Secondly, In the first six months after dxd with fibro, my doctor, bless his heart, tried everything to help my pain. Everything seemed to make me sick. So we started me on B12 shots once a week and then every two weeks. I was amazed how well it worked!  But, alas, it only works for a short time. I just recently began the injections again after being without for almost a year. I am hoping that B12 will work it's miracle again. Just thought I would share that with everyone. It is probably old news to alot of you.
