Such as Fibro fog, Arthritis, Flares, IBS, dizziness, and many more? Your suggestions will be a great help :)

Fibro fog:  I no longer try to multitask.  I make lists and do one thing at a time.  I do not dare let my mind wander especially when driving.

IBS:  I have not gotten rid of it, but by taking Acidophilus daily I am not experiencing the painful gas and bloating.

Arthritis:  So far not bothered.

Flares:  My flares are associated to my physical activities.  I have never had a flare that I could not account for.  When this happens, I just take it as easy as I can and try very hard not to use the muscles that are angry.

Dizziness:  Only when I have a sinus or ear infection.

Thank you I did not associate fibro fog with multi tasking :)  That helps I will pay attention to that :)
I will ask my Dr about your med for IBS I would love to get rid of it :)
Arthritis sigh I have a touch of it but Honey is the one that has it bad :(
Flares, well I can have mine when I am doing nothing :( Even my Dr has tried to get me to understand a flare can happen for no reason at all and that is just too hard for me to grasp!!
I have dizziness a lot :( it even keeps me from being able to pick things up off the floor :(
Thank you so Avey :)  I can't tell you enough it is wonderful to see you back on the boards :)
