NIGHT TERRORS ---------------------------- I have been waking up after having some sort of dream, I do not remember said dream at least not completely. These dreams I wake up from, leave me feeling lost, confused, and having a panic attack. Can anyone help? |

Popping this to the top in hopes that Kellog or Hoop will address it. My only suggestion to you (and I lack experience in this) would be to be sure you're protected by white light each night before you go to sleep and ask for your guides to also protect you. |

Night terrors are not nightmares there not even dreams. You shouldnt be remembering what happens only that your scared or some other emotion. I dont have them myself but one of my cousins does. He is terrified of the dark. Even if he is asleep if you turn the light out he will have a night terror about being in the dark. Try looking at yourself and finding what makes you terrorfied and consentrate on that not being scary before you go to sleep. Get a night light. It may not actuly do anything but it symbolizes light in darkness and may mentaly help you. |

I really think you aught to check with your doctor. Night terrors can be triggered by medical conditions as well as psychic and emotional ones. Kind regards, |

Dear Featherspirit: I too have had similiar experiences. Rather than a nightmare, what you seem to be describing is coming back into your physical body after an astral or out of body experience. One way to avoid this from happening is to set the intention--- before going to sleep --- that it is your choice as to whether or not you want to have a soul travel experience. If you choose to, be very clear that you ask that your spirit and body be surrounded and protected by white light, that you have absolute control as to when you "travel" and when you "return" and that when you do return, you will have restful and enjoyable sleep until you choose to wake up. You also can set the awakening to either recall the details of your journey or not..and that your awakening be gentle, relaxed and feeling rested and secure. These are all your choices...and when you make them "informed" choices, this experience can be very beneficial for you. May you have restful sleep, pleasant dreams, wonderful soul experiences and glorious and grateful awakenings! Blessings, love and light---HealingHandz (Vic) |

Thankyou all for your encouraging answers. I am an epileptic, and I sometimes go astral without realizing it. Thankyou again for the responses. |
