What? SLC Has a Library? (yeah guys I know its corney shhhhh ;-) Uh huh. We are just opening it now.
How much does it cost? Nothing. No fees will be charged. All you have to do is send a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (large enough to hold the book) and your book will be mailed to you, no charge. Shipping costs will be on the book list for your convienience.
How do I sign up? In order to get a library card you must donate one (1) book to the library. Once the book has been received and logged in by our capable librarian : Mr. Kellog Bluff you will receive your official "yowza card".
Each book in the SLC library is for Loan not for sale. You will refer to the list of shipping weights/costs and send a SASE to check out your book. Once the book is returned to the library you may check out another.
Why does SLC have a library? We all know how costly it can be trying to educate yourself on a certain to find a way to help members have access to books without having to invest $20.00 to buy the book. SLC makes no money from this library, and Kellog has generously offered to donate his time and book shelves to stock and manage this program for us.
This is on the honor system. Any book you borrow and do not return will only hurt the library. If the honor system does not work out it will close and everyone loses.
