Guided Meditation: Meet your Spirit Guides
Laurel will take you on a guided meditation to meet your spirit guides. This process has proven successful for many people have met guides and other wonderful spirits on these types of journey's. Although not necessary, i suggest you have some soft soothing music ready to be played in the background and i always have a white candle on hand.
