I am not feeling so good lately--your healing has helped for short periods but then I am right back where I started. Doctors keep on giving me test after test and finding more things wrong. I suffer bad, bad headaches, major vertigo, losing hearing, have ringing in both ears, my neck is in very bad shape, still recovering from knee replacement. I have a groin injury that never stops hurting and now they say I am A positive for anti nuclear antibodies--which possibly means lupus--and I am so anemic I have almost 0 iron in my body. How do I fight all this at once? Today I cried for the first time in a long time--its getting harder and harder to fight and stay positive. I know there must be a reason for all this but right now I am too tired and down to even think about it. and I can't sleep. Prayerwoman |

((((((((((((Prayerwoman)))))))))) Continued healing sent to you - unfortunately when your immune system is down everything can just seem to escalate. I am sure that bit by bit and day by day you will recover from everything. With your iron levels so low you will feel exhausted and down - hopefully once this is sorted your body will be up for sorting out everything else, Love Nova xxxxxxxxx |

Prayerwoman, Sending you some healing for all your ailments. Have you ever thought of changing your diet to help your health problems? In the last two years I've been doing a lot of reading on the gluten free diet since I have an intolerance to gluten. I used to have a whole host of problems and now that I've been gluten free, I feel so much better. I don't get headaches anymore, my monthly cycle is normal again, I don't have stomach pain or much pain of any kind, even my eyesight has improved. When I read you possibly have lupus and your blood iron is near 0, those are problems that can arrise from a gluten intolerance. The gluten protein attacks the small intestine making the tiny hairs, that attract and absorb the nutrients in the food we eat, go flat so they can't do the job they are meant to. If left untreated, things like anemia, fybromyalgia, IBS, lupus can all happen. Going gluten free is a bit of a struggle at first but once you get use to it, it's so worth it. It may be worth your while to do a little research on it then mention it to your doctor to see if it might be a consideration. Let me know if you need some help with where to find information. Hugs, Wheezie |

Prayerwoman love, I have not been on much so have just got to your post - and I wanted to say I have been in much the same shape for the past 2 years - had major Vertigo, my body shutdown from stress and I have been left with IBS, plus the headaches I have suffered from for the past few years. First, I finally realized that your body can take you down and out. This is not something you have any control over - if you fight it, you suffer. Your immune system is practically non existant when this happens - and one thing you can do for that is take Acilidopholis (probably not spelt right, but your Dr can talk to you about it and you can get it at a Health Food Store or drugstore - once the bottle is opened - keep it in the fridge) This is something I took twice a day for the last year and a half and and have just come off of now my body is healing. It is the "good" bacteria your body needs to fight infections and boost your immune system. Especially if you are on antibiodics at any time, that is also when you should take this. Vertigo is horrible - and only rest will help it settle. This I learned from experience - because if you try and fight it, you will just make it worse and it will last longer. What Wheezie said about fluten intolerance is also something to look into - as it can cause a lot of digestive problems that you can be very uncomfortable with. I don't know what your Dr's are like where you are - but a word of warning - if they start changing medication on you and you just get worse, be sure and look up all the side affects of what you might be taking -in my case they changed medications so much and so often - they just made me sicker for months - until I finally said that's it, I am off everything! Until I find out what the blazes my body wants or needs - and I actually started getting better. I'm not saying you should not take what they prescribe, I am not a Dr, just be sure you know what they are prescribing, and what it is supposed to do, and what the side affects might be. Will send you Healing and lots of strength - this is a battle you will win, just don't push yourself. Love, CC |
