How true this is Chazz darling, thank you for posting it here. I always take sollace in nature when things are grim, it reminds me of the bigger picture and how, like it or not, I am not teh one in control of it all LOL Big hugs to you darlin' and thanks for the share, i needed to read it today. Love to hear that positive stuff. When I feel down I just think of the people I work with--all are on income assistance and have absolutely no self esteem. When I am down I think of how fortunate I am to have a nice place to live--all the food I want, a car and a really good job. Some other people are homeless or nearly so and have no idea what to do about it.
I'm also grateful to be able to come into rooms like these and exchange messages with like minded people.

i like to think we all give positive energy to each other and yes im on income support i own my own home ,some times im skint ,but i count myself fortunate in every way its not what i have its what i can give that counts hope you all have a nice weekend nana |

Whenever I feel down I find myself singing 'Count Your Blessings' and that sets me up for the rest of the day. I use this site as a booster as well. I'm loving this thread, it reminds me how much you all mean to me and how wonderful you all are! Whenver i am down I find a nice bath sorts me out, that and looking at or being out in nature. But more than that, it is here with you all that i can come and be me without having to be a big brave soldier, and that means the world to me. Your light, each and every one of you, radiates like a glowing beacon of love and hope and when i come here, I see your light sparkling in your posts and it makes me very honoured to call you all friends.
