Signature tags, personal avatars, icons, websets etc.:
Use of my art by groups/individuals that do tags/signatures etc is acceptable so long as the group/individual follows the guidelines listed on this page. If you are working with my art, please send me your url so I can see what's being done with it.

My art may not be used by groups/individuals that charge a fee to use graphics they have made or who charge a fee to join. My art may be used on signature tags, web icons, avatars, websets, online stationary etc. so long as it's not for profit.

These images are copyright to me and each image should show credit by putting ©Stacey Sharp and www.sharptattoos.com (small but readable) on the image of any and all signature tags or the graphic when my art is used. The copyright remains mine even if you create the tag, graphic or image, etc. If you wish to display where the graphic was made (such as a watermark), feel free to do so but you may not © the graphic otherwise.

For websets there must be a simple graphic with a link to www.sharptattoos.com displayed on the page where my art is used.

For stationary, ©Stacey Sharp is required and a clickable link is requested.

Please do not change the colors or overly distort the art. Backgrounds may be removed. Don't put my art into any degrading situations. Do not combine my images with other artists images unless permission is given.

If I feel that too many tag/signature artists or graphics groups are running amuck with my designs and not giving me proper credit I will cease to put any more of my original artwork online in an easily editable fashion.

Copying or referencing my art:
I realize that many artists learn from others art... and that's fine. If you recreate my art or use it for inspiration and plan on posting it online, please give credit where credit is due (©Stacey Sharp) and please, post a link to

I do allow MSN groups (and the like) to use SOME of my art works for creating signature tags and things like that, and here are the restrictions:
In the "Fine Art" section (no other directories), you can choose any art works that has got my name, or my web address written at the bottom. If ANY OTHER NAMES are standing by itself OR together with my name/web address you may NOT use it as it is protected by copyrights.

Don´t change the concept. (adding elements etc.)

For non-profit use only.

No tubing (removing of background)

Proportional resizing only.

No direct links to my images on my site.
