let's analyze this - as long as we're in Metacriticism...
 
i would eliminate the _r_ in this piece.  i know i know.  some poets would rather chop off their heads than change an um, word?  or more accurately - ahem - letter.
however, if you are trying to convey frustration, then the correct form would be:
 
ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!!
 
i've seen this in The New Book of Forms - A Handbook of Poetics.
 
so ... as famous last words go ...
