petey, do as miss jewel ... and put some frozen veggie packages (the kind in a bag, not a box) on your bum. that will help relieve the numb ache, plus you may like it!
i have a habit, only because i cannot see, of holding the left side of my glasses up, so i can see out of my bifocal to see the computer scrrn...
well, it has seemed to have causes a dull, but prominent numbness in my left elbow, all the way to my hand and fingers to the tips! i can still type, but it's slower and a heck of a chance that i'll hit the right keys!
when i move the laptop to the bed, i am still doing that with my glasses but i'm not leaning my elbow on the chair's arm... i'm leaning it on nothing... so my arm falls asleep, because there is no blood circulating!!!!
it seems that however any one sits and uses these things
IS THE WRONG WAY... but tell me, is their a proper, comfortable, spine aligning way to sit?
