Myra is an attractive middle age woman, on the large side, but not fat. Dark hair and eyes ( glasses) Medium completed. It took me 3 interviews to get this in sequential order, as Myra rambles. She is a dental assistant and has worked for the same dentist for 20 years. Her demeanor is pleasant and relaxed. Myra's Account I have had some strange things happen at my house, but I don't consider it scary, just odd. I live alone in a 2 bedroom house. I've been divorced for 3 years and bought this place with my divorce settlement. I take a lot of pride in my house and yard. It's the first thing in my life, that was actually all mine and I like piddling with it. I'm somewhat of a neatnik. No dirty dishes in my kitchen and laundry is a daily thing. I only work part time and have a lot of free time on my hands. One Sunday morning I came into the kitchen and put my hand on the counter. It was greasy. Not the kind of grease you use in cooking, this was a thick gummy stuff. I took a dish cloth and wiped at the spot, but it wasn't just in one place. The entire counter was covered with this stuff. On the cloth it was a yellowish color, although you couldn't see it at all on the counter. I had just bleached those counters the day before and cleaned all the containers that hold flour, sugar and such. I wondered about it, but thought maybe something had come thru the air conditioning ducts and settled on the counter. There was a little bit on the stove, but nothing like what was on the counter. That was a gummy mess. About a week later, I found this same gunk in my shower. That bathroom is an add on after the central heating and cooling units were installed and there are no ducts in there. That struck me as really strange.I asked around among my friends to see if anybody else had anything like it, but none did. |

I seldom have overnight visitors. My kids are grown and live in other states. Besides they always stay in a motel, when they come to visit. More convenient for me, they say, no extra work. Huh! As if I buy that. Anyway, two of my friends stayed over one night, so we could get an early start to the beach. It's hard rounding up suitcases at 4 in the morning, so we had the car all packed the night before. Margie is my oldest friend in the world. I've known her since jr. high... Jean, I only met about 5 years ago. The three of us are divorced and do a lot of things together. We're totally compatible and I'm lucky to have them as friends. We were up at 3am and had a cup of coffee, before getting ready to go. I tidied up the kitchen and we got in Margie's car to leave. Before we could pull out of the driveway, she said, "What the hell!" turned off the car and jumped out. I was in the front seat, but couldn't figure out what she was talking about. Then she leaned back in and rubbed her hand on the seat and said "Yuk." It was that same greasy stuff and it was only on the driver's side. We cleaned up the seat and believe me, that stuff is not easy to get off. You have to use a degreaser. Regular dish detergent won't budge it. It took us a good hour to get the seat clean and get underway again. We talked about it some, but it wasn't going to ruin our trip. |

Before I continue telling this, I should describe my security system. I have burglar bars on all my windows, that lock from the inside. I have them on the doors, as well. When coming in, you have to unlock a wrought iron gate to get to the regular door. I admit it. I'm a scardy cat. It's hard being by yourself at night, when there's always been a man around. I had those things installed, as soon as I bought the place. It was already dark, when we got back and both of the girls were anxious to get home. We had been gone since early saturday morning and it was about 9pm sunday night. We all had to be at work at 8 the next morning. They both came in with me to get the lights turned on, knowing how apprehensive I would be going into a dark house. They were right behind me, as I went thru the house flipping on all the lights. The kitchen was the last one I turned on and we all 3 came to a screeching halt, when we saw the glass sitting on the stove. Not only would I not sit a glass on the stove, I had cleaned up before we left. They knew that. Jean called the police. |

They sent Matt out. (A Barney Fife kid, I'd known all of his life.) He checked the house out, but there wasn't much else he could do. All this time, Margie, Jean and myself were thinking, someone had gotten in the house. Since all the locks were undisturbed, that couldn't be it. No sooner had everybody left, than the phone rang. It was my daughter. One of her friends had seen a police car in the driveway and called her. I told her what happened and she brushed it off as my memory slipping. Nothing makes me any madder, so I hung up on her. Over the next few months, I would find things with the grease on them. A single bottle of perfume, sitting with half dozen others... the inside of one shoe (boy was that nasty) and once the handle of my toothbrush. When my son came to visit, I sat him down and told him the whole thing. I could tell he didn't really believe it, but he took the perfume bottle to a friend of his, that worked for the dept of agriculture. He said it was accumulated grime caused by pollution. Now I ask you, does that sound reasonable? |

Comment: I don't really know what to make of this. I read somewhere once, that there were fluids left behind during some types of paranormal activity. I don't really know what to google up to find out. If any of you know, I would be anxious to hear about it. This account is about 10 years old and I spoke with Myra about 5 years ago and she said it had stopped. I estimate this took place over a 5 month period. Switch |

you could be right tracy...... there are differing levels of contact that an entity could use (generally basied on strength and reason for) but another oppion is that what she has is a child (for want of a better word) who finds it funny (kids do that) or this has nothing to do with her and what she has is just a ghost lost in time. it's trying to make the place like It use to be (but that falls short of the car unless the ghost car a car too) i'm more likly to go with tracy or my first oppion interesting case through |

I am sorry but all post's with the Wolf eye had to be deleted. One reason is they are, what is called, Hot-Linked from and educational site - utah.edu Hotlinking is considered as bandwidth theft and highly frowned upon and can even lead to prosecution in some cases. The only way you may hotlink an item is if it is from your own PERSONAL server. The other reason is the use of the religious symbols, although anyone's particular belief in certain religions is totally acceptable and even commendable when one stands true to their particular belief. In a group format such as ours with the wide variety of people & beliefs, posting symbols repeatedly can easily be misconstrued by others as one trying to force a belief system on others. To avoid this it is better that they be used only in conjuction with a story being told or things of that nature. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Sincerely, Ranae' (Assitant Manager WSAM) | |
