When someone leaves a message in your mailbox, cut and paste their message into a reply in their mailbox. Some members leave a lot of messages and that way, they know immediately how to reply.

I don't make sigs. Can't PSP.... I can do backgrounds limitedly and anything you want special, I can probably do it or get it done. The music sig was a gift and I have never been able to find the blank. Several members have asked the same question. I have several hundred sigs and 95% are gifts. I seldom have one made for myself. At first, I was inhibited about using them. You know, macho and all that. LOL Over that now and having a ball with them.

I'm a favorite target for tagger's jokes , so most of mine are funny.

I usually give the new members some to start off with, but the loss of my friend has knocked me for a loop. I'll be back in the groove shortly and fix you up. In the meantime, go look at the snag board and see if there is anything there you like.

Quick lesson on graphics

Most graphics can be used on any website, that isn't commercial. Otherwise, you run into copyright enfringements.

definitions:

taggers= put a name on an existing tag

artist= just what is says. Some allow their work to be made into tags... some do not. Most have web site on the internet and are not in msn groups.

tag makers= they take different art work and put it together to make a sig. Usually they get permission from the artist to use their work.

The artist have a union... nuff said

They also have different terms of use and being in violation of those terms can land you in a law suit. So, if you are looking for graphics for a commercial site, we have to go another route.

I do require you to be an active posting member, if I'm going that extra mile to help you with graphics for your site. About 75% of the WSAM members have groups or web sites of their own. I help all of them promote.

Don't know how much you have looked around, but WSAM spans 3 groups. The Key Note News group is storage for the newspaper... wit and sarcasam(small caps) is the backup group and houses the Library, which is the work of our writers.

BTW... Capt Gonzo is going to take a crack at drawing the picture you wanted You can go to the Art Gallery (on the menu) and view his work. He's also one of my reporters in Sound Check and in the middle of an interview. Just don't get in a hurry. We all have active personal lives and the group is a means of communication and relaxation.

Lot of teasing going on in WSAM, but when one of us is wounded emotionally... they all close ranks around that person. Not only just me, they are like that with every member. I don't know how it happened, but these people are the greatest bunch of individuals on the web.
