when i went to defrag earlier it tells me I have 41% left and yesterday I had 88% left. Is there anything I can do?

Have u done a disk cleanup?? It should be on the same menu bar as defrag but it says disk cleanup. It gets rid of all of the temporary internet files and the junk u dont need.
