Fry onion in melted butter until soft, add potatoes & milk, simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat, add flour & tomatoes, then bring to boil.

Mix flour with sugar, then add cream & egg yolks.

Whisk egg white to a stiff consistency and fold into batter.

Melt half the butter into frying pan, add a little of the mixture and sprinkle over strawberries.

As the mix bubbles turn over and cook for 2 minutes.

PASTA WITH BACON & CHEESE

Cook pasta for 10 minutes in salted water until tender.

Heat oil in pan and cook chopped bacon for 2 minutes. Add the onion and broccoli, stir fry for 5 minutes. The broccoli should be tender.

Drain pasta and mix it well with bacon, onion and broccoli. Add cheese and parsley then mix well and serve immediately.
