(Feb. 6) - Daybreak revealed a battered landscape across the South on Wednesday, as crews searching communities hit by a violent line of tornadoes fought through downed power lines, crumpled mobile homes and snapped trees to find victims. At least 48 people were dead. Weather pattern changing All the time Frightening situation Pummeling from the skies Violence comes from dips and swirls taking what it can A monster whirling dervish from southern skies Bewildering circumstance No one can deny As it happens Right before their eyes. No Zy, thank heavens I am thousands of miles away from the tornados and high seas...I am inland...but we have mini wind storms that play havoc...and bad winter conditions...thank you for your review and concerns.... Mariaxx  |

Hi Bear, if we ever had worries, it would be in an eruption in Yellowstone Park, we are on top of tectonic land, we are on top of the ring of fire...earthquakes and volcanic eruptions are always in the back of our minds...thank you for your kind words... Maria |
