Use only boneless skinless chicken breast for this receipe. It is a quick cook and the breast works best.
Marinate breasts in teriyali sauce a min of 6 hours.
Use equal parts cornstarch and dry unsweetened coconut, flakes or grated both work, but unsweetened works best.
Add equa parts corsely chopped macadamia nuts.
Remove chicken from marinade and cover in mixture. Saute lightly until golden brown and meat is totally done.
This is excellent with a kiwi chutney or a fresh pineapple salsa.
