Well, I had been thinking about having a show of my own this month. I decided to do something the week after Christmas. I invited my recruit to participate so we can try to get her qualified before the end of the year. I told her I would provide everything she can just invite people. I am planning to do this Monday the 29th. I will make a chocolate trifle, maybe a molten skillet cake, make those feta crackers again (the ones I dropped all over the kitchen!) cheese and crackers and get a couple of bottles of wine (I live in the Bible belt there aren't many drinkers around here!) and have some hot cider. I think if we do a demo at all it will be like the cucumber/lime one. I am at $1674 so I will get the PC bucks but any additional will just make it that much better. If she doesn't get enough to qualify I will give her any orders I have. Melanie |

Sounds like fun :)
Good job on the high sales this month. Since you'll get 5% of your sales in PC$, the more the better, right? |

We had 12 and it was a blast. It was a mix of people who didn't know each other and they all found new friends. I (TRIED) to have the food fixed ahead- it is hard when you work till 5. I did the Parmesan pinwheels, baked brie, Brownie Mocha trifle and the Brownie truffle bites (did these last night and the brownie for the trifle) with raspberries on top. I also had some cheese and crackers and veggies and dip AND 3 types of wine. I had my recruit take most of the orders so she got enough $ to qualify *(level one for me!) but I still had enough to keep and will turn in on the First and get my binder - since my early show has postponed. I had to have at my mom's since I didn't get my house cleaned. Now I have to schlepp all that stuff back to my house. I'm tired! Melanie |

Sounds like an all around success! Even if half the people didn't get the invitation... |

That's great Melanie!! How'd you split the sales? Was it based on guests you each invited. I know you were going to give her some of yours if needed. I was just thinking that this is a good idea for a new recruit, but I'm not sure I want to give all of my sales away....of course I know the circumstances were different this time. And I'm sure she knows you don't do this often or for everyone (with the special circumstances that is). Michelle |

I was planning if she didn't get enough orders from her guests she could have whatever orders from my guests got her to the $200 she needed to qualify. I just looked at the totals she had and we devided them up. She got a couple more orders today so ended up with $300 and I have about $160 to turn in for Jan. It is $1250 to qualify right? I have searched policies and procedures and I can't find that info! Melanie |

Yep, it's four shows or $1250 in sales. |

Page 5 of Policies:
New Consultant Qualification Online orders, as defined above, do not count toward qualification. New Consultants become qualified by submitting $1,250 in personal commissionable sales or 4 Shows (of at least $150 in guest sales each). |
